Eco-friendly materials in every bed.

The beds we produce also exemplify our commitment to the environment through the eco-friendly materials we use to manufacture them. For example, our ECOTEX® foam is derived from soy-based polyols and this process minimizes the amount of petroleum used. In addition, we only manufacture all-wood foundations, avoiding the use of environmentally harmful materials.

Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. It’s what we do.

We recycle 100% of our scrap cardboard, plastic, and wood which in turn eliminates the overwhelming amount of waste which consumes our ecosystem. In addition, all excess foam, fabric and fiber from our quilting machines is compressed and turned into a variety of new goods such as pillows and dog beds.

Recycle BC

We’re a Registered Steward of Recycle BC, assuming responsibility for recovering 75% of packaging and paper products supplied to customers within a reasonable period of time.

We’re also members of their world class advanced commercial plastic recycling initiative.  

A partnership for global reforestation

We support the international organization One Tree Planted whose projects restore forests after natural disasters and human-caused deforestation. From Mexico to India, South America to Africa, One Tree Planted over 52 million trees through 327 projects in 74 countries. We’re proud to participate with this effective, worldwide organization.

For over 27 years, under the Spring Air brand, we’ve supplied B&Bs, motels, hotels and resorts, workforce accommodations and educational institutions all across Western Canada.
