Our 70,000 sq. ft. fully integrated manufacturing plant in Surrey, BC features the latest quilting, sewing, assembly and packaging equipment. We produce spring core mattresses including continuous coils and zoned pocket coils as well as foam mattresses including specialty foams such as eco, latex and memory foam. We’re also able to produce custom orders with whatever materials required to fit your needs.

Our fleet delivers your products across quickly and on time. Each month we average over 1000 deliveries to over 90 cities in BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. We can also install and remove your old mattresses.

Continuous Coils

Our Continuous Coil models are built to last. Because of their sturdy construction, they resist sagging and maintain their integrity, often for dozens of years. They can help your customers feel relaxed and ready for a great night’s sleep.

Pocketed Coils

Pocketed coils are individually wrapped springs that compress freely to provide custom support. Coils react to specific pressure areas, and the heavier portions of the body, like the hips, sink deeper into the mattress, which allows for proper spinal alignment and motion isolation. The ultimate in comfort and support.

Our mattresses are highly energy absorbent and soft, molding to the body in response to heat and pressure, evenly and efficiently distributing body weight. Our innerspring continuous coil system adds support where it’s needed.

Flippable - Dual Continuous Coil

Our innerspring 800 Continuous Coil system allows for dual comfort layers on either side, so you can flip the mattress to increase longevity. Continuous coils provide a consistently stable and durable sleep support system.
